About Rich Rubino

Rich specializes in estate planning strategies with a particular emphasis on asset protection. We call this estate management.

The legal strategies Rich recommends are designed to avoid probate, eliminate and/or reduce estate taxes and protect both money and real estate if someone goes into a nursing home. By combining both legal and financial strategies, his expertise is protection of assets for clients and their families.

Rich is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Boston Estate Planning Council. Most recently, he was named a recipient of the prestigious Five Star Wealth Management award as seen in Boston Magazine. Rich has published numerous articles in a variety of magazines and newspapers. His work has been featured on MSNBC, the Boston Globe, Daily News Tribune, and many more. Some would consider Rich one of the pioneers of estate planning and asset protection in the greater Boston area. Rich and his partner, Sam Liang, are co-authors of two books, “No Blood, No Money” and “Just Don’t Lose the Money.” Rich and his wife, Winnie, have two children and three grandchildren.
